Enforcing laws that exist now can help combat the causes and impacts of climate change for the benefit of present and future generations and can hold the perpetrators accountable and liable for the consequences of their actions. Communities, individuals, organisations, scientists and lawyers bringing their energies together internationally and collaboratively will help ensure that the necessary cuts in emissions are made now.
