Friends of the Earth Challenges Canada's Climate Change Plan (20 September 2007)

Another legal case has been filed by Friends of the Earth against the Canadian government, this time arguing that the Climate Change Plan for the Purposes of the Kyoto Protocol Implementation Act, released on 21st August 2007, does not comply with section 5 of that Act.
