California Challenges EPA Denial (2 January 2008)

On January 2, 2008, the California Attorney General's office announced it is suing the United States Environmental Protection Agency "for 'wrongfully and illegally' blocking the state's landmark tailpipe greenhouse gas emissions standards." http://ag.ca.gov/newsalerts/release.php?id=1514.
