Legal action to regulate greenhouse gas emissions (8 April 2005)

On 8th April 2005, the federal appeals court in Washington DC heard the case brought by over two dozen States, NGOs and others against the US Environmental Protection Agency for failing to regulate greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act.
