U.S. Supreme Court to Hear Greenhouse Gas Case (29 November 2006)

On Wednesday, November 29, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in Massachusetts v. Environmental Protection Agency. A coalition of environmental groups, states, and cities brought this case challenging the Environmental Protection Agency's decision not to regulate greenhouse gas emissions by motor vehicles.
