Roda: Austria: Am still looking for an english version of the Austrian law - have obtained the relevant basic law and amendments in German. Switzerland is still difficult - I have still not completely found out whether there actually IS a REFIT law as such. Germany: Translation of the 2006 version is not available yet, Ministry is working on it. But the changes to the 2004 verion are not substantial. Turkey: Have written to the author of the article I found.
