Research of climate change law and policy is a rapidly growing area. There are a multitude of resources available in books, journal articles and other sources.

Research Partnerships

We welcome partnerships with universities, non-profit organisations, law firms and others in researching climate law and policy. If you would like to form such a partnership with our organisation, please get in touch.

Research can be undertaken for the Climate Law Database as part of an unpaid internship with the Climate Justice Programme. If you would like to apply for an internship please contact us.

Study Climate Law

More and more universities are offering climate law and specialised courses in aspects of climate law. If you would like to study one of these courses, please have a look at our list of available courses. This is not a comprehensive list and there may be other courses not included here. If you know of or offer a climate law course not listed, please get in touch with us.

Writing Competition

From time to time, the Climate Justice Programme runs an international writing competition on climate law. Check back here for more details when the next competition is announced.
